The
bid process: We begin with an initial visit to your home. |

During the initial visit we will discuss the parameters of the
project. |

We
will then take measurements and make a materials list. |
| |
|
|
|
If
you already have the blueprints, we will skip to the next step. |
| |
|
|
|
Your Gecko Design Consultant will then meet with the suppliers
and subcontractors to formulate the proposal. This process will
be completed within 5 business days. |

|
|
One the proposal process is complete, you will be given the
opportunity to sign an agreement that is clear about all the
aspects of the job. It will be easy to read and understand. It
will contain specific information about your project as well as
a time line for the work. |

|
Upon acceptance of the agreement, you will be introduced to your
project manager. He will oversee the work from start to finish.
You will always know who to contact with any questions or even
concerns throughout your project. |

Upon completion, your project manager will do a thorough walk
through to be sure you are completely satisfied with our work. |
| |

the most common complaint people have when doing a major home
improvement is communication. That’s why we let you know all of the
steps required to complete a quality home improvement in advance as well
as updates throughout the project.
