Gecko Construction, LLC is a residential construction company serving the metropolitan Phoenix area from Mesa to the west valley. We specialize in room additions, casitas, major kitchen remodeling and complete bathroom remodeling. 

From it’s inception, Gecko Construction was formed to provide the highest possible customer satisfaction levels. We know that customers don’t like being “in-the-dark” when it comes to job scheduling so we provide a calendar at the beginning of the project so you always know who will be working at your home each day and when the job will be complete. We know customers like a clean job site so we have a job cleanliness policy, which is clearly outlined for the tradesmen on the project AND is in writing on the contract between the customer and Gecko Construction

We know the customer doesn’t want to have to deal with the guys on their property, so we have “Project Managers who oversee the job from start to finish. When it comes to trusting your most valuable investment to a contractor, it is very important to choose correctly the first time. We believe we are the company for you. Our staff is comprised of construction professionals who are experienced in all aspects of remodeling.

Frank Lyons, our owner and operations manager, (who oversees the project managers) has 14 years of experience as Operations Manager at Sears Home Improvements, managing as many as 50 plus sub-contractors at a time. Frank has won several awards at Sears Home Improvement including the Highest Customer Satisfaction Award

Our lead project managers have personally been involved in countless room additions and new construction jobs here in the Valley of the Sun over the course of many years. They bring a great deal of experience working with contractors from all trades and their experience brings a level of quality to each job and high levels of customer satisfaction.
